It has been a busy/stressful few months, but the winter months always bring just as much joy through food- here are some of my contributions to the holiday spreads recently.
Don’t forget to compost, only buy what you’ll use, and overall cook and clean sustainably! See the Checklist and other posts for ideas.
THREE RECIPES BELOW:
- Sweet potato biscuits


-used coconut oil instead of crisco
- Cranberry sauce (not canned!)

-Cranberries
-Fresh-squeezed navel oranges (+ the rind)
-Cane sugar
- Latkes with a side of cauliflower

-Yukon potatoes
-Eggs
-Yellow onion
-Salt and pepper
-Vegetable oil
