Watermelon Pizza:
- red onion, thinly sliced
- watermelon, cut into wedges
- 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced into rounds
- feta
- mint, thinly sliced
- salt and red pepper flakes
Honey-Lime Grilled Corn
- 4 ears of corn
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- salt and black pepper
Grill corn, mix all ingredients and spread on corn
